Listing property on short term lease platforms is a very important job, that should carefully follow all procedure’s steps. The detailed registration of the service/amenities that the property offers and the proper presentation of them are what makes the listing process so important. - Shared rooms: the guests share the property with the owner or other guests and they may not have a private room
- Private room: the guests share the common spaces of the property with the owner (ex. Kitchen, living room, bathroom) and they have a private room for them
- House/apartment: the guests rent the whole property and they do not share with the owner or other guests
On Booking or Airbnb listing the owner will mention all the information that the guest needs to know in order to choose their property instead of a competitive one. Specifically the guests look for completed listings on which they will find information such as: services, amenities, local rules or laws (quiet times), arrival and departure information. On a Booking or an Airbnb listing photos (see here) cannot be missed and the title should be an easy to remember and impressive one. Considering these, NOMAS checks what it can be optimized in an existing listing or creates a new one. Lastly, we should mention that if the property is new the owner should issue an energy certification.
